Our nationwide process serving is done in similar method, with the ability to meet your documents exact requirements and specifications if desired.

All Process Service and general service requests vary by address, location, case type, hearing date(s), deadline & timeline, time received and time prepared. Due to the many variables the pricing on our website is a guideline and prices are subject to change without notice. Services begin once payment is received unless contracted otherwise.

California Service: our years of experience allows us to serve quickly and efficiently nearly anywhere in California. For a full list of cities click here.

Nationwide Service: Although our headquarters are in California we have the ability to serve in nearly every state in the U.S.

General Rules:

Routine Service: Service to begin within 72 hours and attempted service to follow at least every third day. In many densely populated cities this may be close to every other day.

Rush Service: Service to begin the same-day (depending on the time your request is received) and service to be attempted daily thereafter.

Fees: Charges are always based on each defendant or subject served, each case, AND each address. Servers do not go to more than one address for one fee, and will not serve more than one person for one fee, and will not serve more than one case for one fee. Discounts may apply.

Refunds: Much like the postal service or other delivery agencies once your documents are routed any cancellation of service, or invalid delivery address, the "delivery fee" is utilized and non-refundable.

Guarantee: We do not guarantee Service. We provide attempts to deliver or "Serve" documents, but we cannot guarantee service. It is helpful provide as many days possible for service completion.

Payment: We accept all Major Credit Cards (MC, Visa, AMEX, Discover), electronic invoice can be e-mailed allowing for payment online, and many Firms are eligible for payment on "Net terms" upon prior contact. First-time users, Private Individuals, and out-of-state clients payment is due prior to to service or with a completed Credit Card Authorization form.
