Deposition Officer services offer the service of handling your most complex subpoena needs with speed and accuracy. Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who know how to effectively deal with custodians to make sure that your records are received within your time requirements. We can act as Deposition Officer for subpoenas prepared by your office, or prepare the subpoenas, send Notice to Consumer, and serve the Subpoenas on Custodians.
